Straight from the Mouth of Babes

Here is a great quote from Lisa Simpson to Ned Flanders. It really summarizes my feelings on this whole intelligent design/evolution debate. Everyone can argue both sides until they are blue in the face, but the facts remain this. If you want to learn creationism, go to church. If you want to learn evolution, go to school. If you want your school to teach religion, pay for it privately as a specialized education. Leave our public schools alone.

"I want you to know I respect your beliefs and I can see how deeply you feel about them. I just don't think religion should be taught in our schools anymore than you would want scientists teaching at the church."
